UN Sustainable Development Goals
Hong Kong Family Welfare Society is collaborating with HKUST Connect, to organize a short tour for families with different backgrounds to visit HKUST. You will host and facilitate checkpoint games to strengthen family bonds, and introduce the campus to the families.
香港家庭福利會家福中心為全港首個提供開放式家庭服務及離異家庭服務的單位，致力協助區內家庭適應家庭轉變及建立支援網絡。機構將帶屯門區單親、低收入或新來港家庭到訪科大校園，你會幫忙接待及帶領集體遊戲，促進參加者親子關係及培養家庭之間互助精神。
Description
Remarks:
- Volunteers are required to attend an online briefing session at 6:30-7:30pm on 19 Apr 2024 (Fri).
- [HMAW1905] This is a recognized event in the "Self-directed Experience" component of HMAW1905: Behavioral Foundations of University Education: Habits, Mindsets, and Wellness. To receive 5.5 hours, you must attend the event in full and miss no more than 10 mins.
- Upon completion of the service, the actual service hours will be subjected to the confirmation of the partner association.
