Volunteer Recruitment of Haven of Hope Hospital 基督教靈實醫院義工招募

Haven of Hope Hospital is located at Tseung Kwan O, the key rehabilitation and extended care hospital in Hospital Authority’s Kowloon East Cluster, serving residents in Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O and Sai Kung districts. The hospital provides specialist services in geriatrics, rehabilitation, pulmonary medicine, general medicine, palliative care and infirmary care. The Health Resource Centre develops volunteer services to promote mutual aid and build a harmony community through caring patients and supporting hospital departments. 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the volunteer services had been suspended for almost two years and now phased resumption of volunteer services for patient support has been commenced in non-patient areas starting mid-August 2022. The organization is now recruiting HKUST students to be volunteer to assist the services for patient support.

靈實醫院位於將軍澳，是醫院管理局九龍東聯網內主要的復康及延續護理醫院，提供老人科丶復康科丶胸肺科丶內科丶紓緩治療科及療養服務，主要服務觀塘丶將軍澳及西貢區的居民。靈實醫院健康資源中心致力發展義工服務，藉義工及社區人士對病人的關懷及醫院部門的支援，推動互助精神，建立和諧社區。

自 2019 冠狀病毒疾病爆發以來，醫院義工服務已暫停近兩年。靈實醫院已於2022年8月中旬開始在非患者區分階段恢復提供義工服務及支援。現招募科大學生成為靈實醫院的義工，技援醫院服務。
