Empathy Tour 同理「心」度遊

*The service opportunity requires participants to be proficient in Cantonese and it is only open for Uni-Y (HKUST) members. You can apply for Uni-Y (HKUST) membership when you sign up for the event. 以下活動義工需能以流利廣東話與服務使用者溝通，及只限大學青年會(科大)會友參加，你可於報名時申請成為大學青年會(科大)會友。

This service focuses on understanding the persons in recovery and stressing the importance of mental well-being. The activity is separated into two parts: a human library session, where we have invited a person in recovery and one of their family members to share? their inspiring stories throughout the recovery journey; and a mosaic art session for you to relax? ? while making a cup pad. Join us to chill and listen to special life stories.

是次活動主要分為「真人圖書館」及「馬賽克杯墊製作」兩部份，在真人圖書館環節中，我們邀請了一位精神病康復者及一位相關的家屬與我們分享?，讓我們從不同的角度去了解他們的復元歷程及照顧路上的故事，從而讓我們培養一份同理心。及後，我們更會一起製作馬賽克杯墊，藉此讓大家學習如何舒緩壓力及正視情緒健康? ? 想於疫情過得有意義？想聽聽「不一樣的生命故事」？? 報名參加以實現願望！

Remarks:

1. Materials for "Mosaic Cup Pad" will be delivered to you.
2. Please find a place with a stable internet connection. During the session, be prepared to turn on the camera and unmute to interact.
3. [HLTH1010] Upon completion of the service, HLTH1010 course participants will attain a maximum of 4 hours per session in "Community or Voluntary Work" in the "Activities" module, subject to the actual direct service hours confirmed by the partner organization.
4. [Changemaker 30] 3 Points will be awarded upon complete attendance of the session for Changemaker 30 registrants.
