The Neighbourhood Advice - Action Council TOUCH - Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities aims to promote equity and enhance community development for the cause of community integration. In this service, volunteers will guide a group of ethnic minority children to play games at Inspiration Lake, with the aims of building a closer bond with the ethnic minority community.
