Application Procedures

Students interested in the following fellowship position should email, into one PDF file, the (1) cover letter, (2) CV, and (3) an unofficial transcript to HKUST Connect at civicfellow@ust.hk by respective deadlines. Please name the PDF file in your full name and post reference number, e.g. ChanTaiMan_AEF246-250306_CoverletterandCV. Students should submit separate applications if applying for more than one post, and quote the reference number on your application. The application deadline is 23 Mar 2025 (Sun) 11:59pm. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an interview held in early April 2025.

* The partner organizations require participants to be proficient in Cantonese/ Chinese.
