Research has shown that empathy can make you a better friend and a team player. In this workshop, we’ll explore the essential skill of understanding others and how it can enhance your interactions.
While we often seek to be understood, understanding others is equally important. This session will provide practical tools to help you connect with people on a deeper level, fostering a sense of community and support.

1. To avoid interruption and hindering the progress of the session, facilitators may not admit new participants who are late for more than 10 minutes.
