Eye care & GO for the Older People 長者「眼明手快」工作坊

Six volunteers supported the senior residents of Moon Lok Dai Ha as part of the Caring Engaging Smart Scheme by the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS). The Scheme aims to improve the living environment and community facilities for older adults while addressing their housing and social needs. In collaboration with HKHS, the volunteers assisted the residents in using smartphones, including the HA Go app, and led them in eye massaging exercises.

During the session, the volunteers provided practical assistance and emotional support to the senior residents in need. Through this experience, they gained valuable insights into the challenges faced by seniors living in the community and the importance of providing support for their physical and emotional well-being.
