The Hong Kong Red Cross (HKRC) is part of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and the humanitarian network. They dedicate themselves to work with people from all walks of life to put humanitarian spirit into action and aim to build a diversified humanitarian platform for Hong Kong citizens.

HKRC now launches The Humanitarian Trainee Scheme aims at providing 1-year traineeship opportunities to new graduates of universities in Hong Kong. Blended with practical working experience and diversified learning opportunities, trainees will be inspired and exposed to their humanitarian service for your future career growth in the humanitarian sector.

香港紅十字會成立於1950年，是國際紅十字與紅新月運動的一員，致力與不同界別人士攜手合作，將人道精神化為行動。機構提供的人道服務包括緊急賑災及備災、社區健康服務及教育，人道參與及教育，以及特殊教育與復康服務。

人道實習生計劃旨在讓大專畢業生透過為期一年的實習計劃，結合實地工作及多元化學習機會，讓你對人道服務有更多的啟發，協助你開拓人道服務事業。

Exposure	Work for designated job assignment in a service unit or management function which directly or indirectly contribute to our COVID-19 projects Acquire practical work skills and develop competencies Understand International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement and the humanitarian sector Work with a friendly and dynamic teams Gain experience in event organization, coordination and presentation Learn from assigned buddy and the cohort as they start their career
Requirements	Volunteer should be: A fresh graduate in year 2022 in any discipline with Bachelor Degrees in Hong Kong For more details requirements, please refer to here.
Traineeship Period	August 2022-August 2023 ( 1 year full-time contract)* 5-day work week (44 working hours per week)
Remuneration	HK$15,000 per month
