Virtual Community Tour @Tsim Sha Tsui 尖沙咀線上深度遊

[This is an Experience under Project C - Connect x Community]

Collaborating with Kaifong Tour, a social enterprise that promotes community connection and engagement, we offer this virtual community tour to Tsim Sha Tsui to facilitate HKUST students to explore this multifaceted neighbourhood, and to understand the daily life of ethnic minority groups in the community and challenges they faced from first hand sharing.

Highlight of the tour:

• Enjoy a stroll in the neighbourhood and interact with the people living there virtually
• Deeper the understanding of the ethnic minorities in Hong Kong
• Hear interesting facts and stories from Kaifong Tour

「街坊帶路」是本地一間推動社區連結及社區參與的社會企業，他們讓街坊以導賞員的身份帶領參者一同探索社區，讓參加者細味各個社區的獨特之處，藉著親身體驗了解及反思不同社會議題。科大侍學行現與「街坊帶路」合作舉辦一場線上社區導賞團，你將會在少數族裔街坊的帶領下走進尖沙咀進行社區探索，透過一連串互動交流，聆聽街坊的生命故事及生活點滴，從而了解少數族裔在香港的生活情況，並重新認識尖沙咀。

Participants may attain a maximum of 2 hours in "Wellness & Personal Enrichment" in the "Activities" module upon successful completion of the Tour. 

2. [Penalty for withdrawal after 25 Oct and/or absence]
The program (Tour) is fully subsidized by HKUST Connect. If you are unable to participate in the Tour as scheduled, you should send us a written notification to connect@ust.hk as soon as possible, but no later than 25 Oct 2020 (Sun). Students who withdrawn after the deadline or absent from the program will be charged a HKD200 program fee.
