Connect Civic Fellow @Feeding Hong Kong [Ref: Ref: CON224/225-240305]*

Feeding Hong Kong is a Hong Kong registered charity with a mission to fight hunger in the city and reduce the amount of quality food being sent to our landfills. Each day, they collect high quality food that would otherwise be thrown away, sort and store it, and then redistribute it to a network of welfare organizations, who in turn feed thousands of people in need.

Duties:	Assist Charity Team to gather insights and feedback by visiting and interviewing with charity partners. Organize and coordinate survey logistics, including scheduling, securing materials and maintaining proper documentation. Liaise with charity partner to ensure data collection meets the timeline. Assist in data validation and database management to ensure data accuracy, reliability and accessibility. Assist in drafting and prepare the annual charity report, including report generation and data analysis. Make suggestions and recommendations based on survey results to enhance charitable activities. Support with ad-hoc tasks as assigned to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.
Time Commitment:	Full time: 2 Jul - 23 Aug 2024 Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm

Subsidy:	HK$18,000 subsidy upon satisfactory completion of the whole program
Requirements:	Set priorities, organize and deliver a range of tasks and projects under pressure. Work accurately, paying close attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good interpersonal and teamwork skills. Interact with a range of different people, confidently and pleasantly. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
