[Deep Relaxation after Final Exam]

After experiencing a long exam period, it is time to take a brain break! This online gong meditation event will help you to rest and relax.

Gong meditation is a traditional healing practice, using the vibrations of sound and frequency emitted from a gong, to help reduce anxiety, stress and release negative emotions. Through the sound emitted from the gong, it will penetrate your core, leaving you from the surroundings and the associated troubles.

The event will be facilitated by a qualified therapist, using gong instruments to facilitate a mind-body-spirit connection, guiding you through the origins of emotions and the approaches to manage them. Don't hesitate to sign up! Together with us, let's take care of our mental health!
